I'm american and very much not fluent in japanese. These are just some basic phrases. Sorry for any pronunciation problems.

Another example on "listening" to a computer. Many sounds you hear are overtones from fans. The sharp noise is data transfers. Most of the sounds are caused by moving the mouse. The processors are not "heard" by placing a small antenna between the flat cables from two hard discs, you can capture the data packages. That may be done next time.

Waiting for the bus at a bus stop next to a busy norwegian highway. Recorded in stereo at 24 bit 96 khz with a sony pcm m-10. It was raining one night so i used a sony px720 digital voice recorder to catch some hopefully cool atmospheric type sounds. I placed the recorder next to my apartment window and stepped away for a few minutes. My window is situated right next to a rain-gutter so you hear the rain hitting the pavement along with the rain flowing down the gutter. You also hear four different cars drive by during the recording. Well that's about it hopefully these sounds are of some use to people.

In a warehouse for musical instruments in seoul, southkorea. A lot of small shops gathered under one roof. Standing next to two men fixing and cleaning pianos. You her the hammering onto the nail that is holding the string. The more melody-like moments are when the other one is cleaning the keyboard with a towel. Nice reverb. The canal next to the hotel continental. Featuring water, people talking, and passing motorboats and gondolas. These are some recordings i did on a trip to venice with my zoom h2, set to 90° dispersion. They are also available as surround recordings (4ch, with the rear channals at 120° dispersion) just send me a message if you want them. They're just as free as these stereo versions.

You can hear people in the park next to york minster chatting, walking, laughing and there's distant city noises. Then, around halfway through the recording the bells start to ring out for midday. Looks like that couple next door is back at it again. You can hear them noises of them having conversations and when they're going at it. I decided to make this audio clip long since i haven't heard from them for a while. The sex noise parts are around 9:30 to 26:00. A lot of the parts were amplified.

Some more of that couple next door. They're not as loud as they're use to but they haven't stop doing what they do. There will be more noises of them to share. For this one, the sex parts are from 0:00-5:30. The rest are just some extra of them talking after they were done enjoying their pleasure. Some parts of the woman was very soft. You can hear the guy in a few parts. This audio along with the other ones were shorten and edit with audacity and other software.

This recording was done early one morning in may 2012 in the middle of scotland. You can hear the usual sounds of the countryside at this time of year and day. The two front microphones were facing the river tay, the two back ones drummond hill. This is the sound those front ones captured. All of them microphones were audio technica at-3031 ones, connected to the rme quadmic preamp into an edirol r-44 recorder. To get a quadraphonic or surround sound you have to download both tracks (they are next to eachother on the list) and alter them the way you want. If you compare them, then it shows what a difference it makes where you point those microphones.

i'll do it your way. he should know by now. I'll never do anything any way but my own. This is usable because it is non-specific to outcome, and what came next. I don't care for those warning flags, and providing more might get one. But i gotta tell you. You just can't make that much racket on a train. For heaven's sake there are people around. ;-d. And no. He was not ready.

Some more of that young sounding couple next door. Got some loud moans on this one. At 0:36 is the sound of a door close. At 0:44 you can hear the woman say "well let's make out, what do you think of this?"they were probably already started you know before it got to 2:00. Those silent parts have a bits of very soft pleasure noises that are hard to hear, but it's there. Passed 7:15 is where you can start to hear some clear sex noises of them, that's where all the good parts begin. Passed 10:00 is where the couple finishes their pleasure. This was shorten and edit with audacity.

Another night of hearing that couple next door. You can hear some of the conversations they have, but not really clear in some parts. Note that some parts of their conversations are cut out, but the dirty sounding conversation they have will be kept in. Around 2:50, is the sound of a door shut, that's when they're about to. . . Around 6:20 is when there will be bits of sex noises. Passed 8:25 is when you'll hear the woman start to get loud. Passed 11:00 is when they finished their you know. This is edit and cut short with audacity.

My first upload to freesound is a thunderstorm recorded in gateshead, uk, next to our open bathroom window. Some lovely thunderclaps and rain. Recorded on a zoom h5. There are also some household sounds swimming around in the background, doors closing, dishes clinking etc; i think you can hear the radio or something very faintly towards the end -- but there's plenty of clean usable thunder and rain in there. Incidentally i often use this type of thing in my long-form instrumental music, produced under the name conelrad. This track represents the connection between the heartbeat of a brahman priest during his meditation and his energetic vibrations, long time ago, as crystal. He discovers that time is an illusion and that all his lives are layers one on another creating a building, the shape of his eternal existence. He has yet to build further but is well on his way. Right now, he should not be proud, or in the next life he will be certainly no angel but falls back to a previous level.

I caught this great sound early in the morning before city traffic could get busy enough to ruin the recording. Enhanced with ozone 6 and removed some bassy wind noise with rx5. The morning after christmas 2022 on hood canal. There was a king tide that came up over the stone wall. A king tide occurs when the sun, moon, and earth are in alignment and the combined gravitational pull causes water levels to rise dramatically. I took this recording right next to the pilings where the dock is connected. You can hear the water hitting the metal and wood as it knocks it around. The water eventually washed over the road.

A beautiful, simple and peaceful soundscape of a late summer day in illinois near an ancient swamp. This recording was made around 8 in the morning on a warm and slightly humid day in late september using the marantz pmd661 and a rode ntg2 shotgun microphone. Do you sense the insects are more subdued than usual? as if they, too, are waiting for the cooler masses of early autumn?? the overall loudness of the birds is also down somewhat, maybe some of our neotropical migrants have already left. . . . Taking with them the wonderful midwest diet and warm memories of raising the next generations of their kind before the swamp turns gray, and cold and inhospitable for raising a family. . A long recording on board the "green car" of the jr tokkaido line from atami to shinagawa. A "green car" refers to the first class cars on some long distance local trains. The ride is smoother and the cars are generally much quieter. The cars are generally empty but, this was at the end of a 3 day weekend, so the car was actually quite active (i'll try to get a quiet one soon). You can hear the ticket attendant, the conductor's announcements, station arrivals and departures, passengers getting on and off the train and settling in and having conversations. At some point you can hear the guy behind me eating senbei (a crunchy japanese rice cracker) - that's a little annoying, but there might be some usable bits in there if you're good at editing backgrounds. But like i said, i'll try to get a less busy train next time. Recorded with 2 stereo mic pairs and unedited.

Field recordings extracted from videos i took while travelling on a vaporetto (small public transport canal boat) along the grand canal. You can hear the water, the engine revving as the boat criss-crosses the canal from one stop to the next and the(mostly english)chatter of other passengers on the boat. On "venice2" horns are blown by other vessels and someone says at the end "i'm getting off the boat". I have joined 2 tracks on this one and there is a small gap, but with the right equipment that can be edited out. All in all very evocative of the busy atmosphere in venice, even in march (2012).

When i was eight years old my older brother told me to go play in traffic. I'm well-known for taking dares and mostly getting away with it, and i did! the only reason it freaked him out was because if i'd gotten hurt, he would have been in trouble. Ah, family. In honor of my stupid bro i decided to capture this sound for you. My friend asked if i'd gotten my recording and i, being myself, complained that although i'd gone out in daylight wearing a halter and short-shorts, no one had even slowed down to look. "take it to the next level," he said. "walk right out on the interstate in the nude. ”i smiled. "think i'd stop traffic?""oh, for sure. Truckers are curious, and most of them have never seen a dumb naked bitch smushed on the concrete, still clutching her iphone. "what fun is life if you can't laugh? coming soon: “fapping with sandpaper. Wav”.

Here is another night of that couple next door. They were active for around 25 minutes. Sounds like they had a really good night. The recorded audio of this was over two hours long and edit down to this length. Many of their conversations before they you know and after they finished were excluded out. At 2:32, sounds like the woman said "wanna go ahead,. . . "starting around at 3:45 was when they probably began to have their fun in bed, but there were still bits of soft chit chat between the couple. At 13:25 is when there are bits of moans coming from the woman. At 14:50 is when the rising action really begins. At 25:00 was when their fun was coming to an end, and you should be able to hear some of the noises from the guy. For those who just want the good parts of the audio: 13:25-25:56.

This helicopter sound design was created at fl studio, in the sytrus synthesizer. The sound consists of four layers. 1. Sine wave frequency of 44 hz. Simulates the low frequency noise of propeller blades. 2. White noise passed through the svf filter. Simulates the noise of propeller blades. 3. Saw wave. Simulates the sound of an engine. 4. The sine wave. Imitates a high-frequency whistle of the engine. Various modulations are applied to all waves through the envelopes of the synthesizer. Next, the signal on the mixer channel is processed by a multi-band exciter and equalizer. Then a signal was sent to two channels with delay processing. One of them imitates reflections. In the lower-middle frequency range. On the second in the upper-middle frequency range. As you approach the sound source, the volume parameters of the direct and reflected signals are automated, low pass filter, pan width and equalization of direct sound. The helicopter performs strange maneuvers, as if making constant circles during the approach to the listener. I did not seek to create the veracity of these maneuvers.

Recorded with tascam dr-07mkii. While on holiday staying in a country cottage near some cow fields, there was a mother cow and what must have been her 2 calves which had been put into separate fields either side of a road. This was obviously pretty distressing for the cows and so they were constantly mooing at each other and being the kind of guy i am, of course i recorded it!. I have done as much as i can to reduce wind and other background noises (the windshield i have for my dr-07 doesn't seem to do a lot except make it look like it's got a 70s afro) and have trimmed all the cow sounds out and put them together into this one file. Some are better than others, it was hard to know which cow was gonna make a noise next. Free to use for anything, if you use it, would be cool if you let us know where in the comments, be interesting to see where they end up :).

This was created with reaktor 6, nested inside vcvrack (via the "host" module) run through various effects in vcv rack. Ultimately this was rendered out at 192khz (vcv allows for very high super sampling). Many frequencies that are above the range of hearing exist in this file due to rendering it at such a high sample rate. I recommend that, in your daw of choice: pitch this down a couple octaves while running this through a frequency analyzer. Watch how many notes and tones emerge into the range of hearing. You might need a high shelf eq on this as well as a slight high pass filter. Several use cases for this sound: in the background of a sci-fi video game. The sloth has two outputs x and y. I connected x to control frequency on one oscillator and y to control amplitude on another oscillator. Frequency experiment on left channel. Amplitude experiment on the right. The file starts as the amplitude is 0. Next time the amplitude is 0 (almost) is at about 48 sec. Then 48 sec later, at 1:37 the amplitude is 0 again. The two cycles are not identical. The tones are harder to analyze. . . X and y outputs. I guess those corresponds to x and y in a coordinate system. The insects take over, and on top of that, a single, solitary bird, i think a flycatcher, softly calls his one-note. Even though this is the time of year that the visitors, those beautiful neo-tropical migrants, fill the woods, after several months of raising of raising a family, they are quiet, resting now. . . Letting the insects signify the passage of time and the slow march to autumn. In about 6 weeks from now, most of our visitors will have left. . . Back down south, their job of raising the next crop of insect-eaters done. . . And the woods, the forest, the nearly-dry creekbed will be packing it in. 88 piano keys, long natural reverb: up to 13 seconds per note. This is me giving back. I love freesound. You guys saved my bacon back in the day. Recently i searched for free piano notes for a game i'm making, but the only ones i could find ended too quickly. I need long reverb! luckily i have an old piano, so i made my own. So this is me giving back. This is an old piano!!!. We had the piano tuned a year ago, but it is well over 60 years old, so be warned! these notes have character! if you want perfect tone, either edit them individually, generate something artificially, or buy a professional set. But if you want a piano with personality, this is for you. Being an old piano, it only has 85 keys. So i created the highest 3 notes by speeding up previous notes, to make the modern standard 88 keys. How the notes were created. The notes are created on an old (well over 50 years) steinhoff upright piano. It only has 85 keys, so i faked the highest 3 keys by taking previous keys and changing their pitch. I opened the top, balanced my trusty everesta bm-800 condenser microphone across the top near the high note end, and held down the "loud" pedal. Each note was then hit and kept pressed down until i could no longer hear any reverb. Notes were saved as mp3 using my laptop, using free sound recorder on the highest quality settings. Yeah, i know it isn't flac, but i am strictly amateur with budget to match, and that was the best i could do. After that, all editing was of course uncomopressed until the final save. How the notes were edited. Editing was kept to a minimum, mainly to enhance the reverberation. All editing took place on audacity on linux mint. First i cropped any silence from the start. Next, used the envelope function to gradually increae volume to 200% over a couple of seconds. That is, the quietest part of the reverb is twice as loud as you might expect. Because for my game i sometimes need a single piano key to last ten seconds. Next i maximised the volume. If there was just a single stray waveform that stuck out then i reduced that by 2db or so then maximised again. Because like i said, i want to hear that reverb! i then found the part where background noise starts to be noticeable, and faded out over 1 second or so. This meant that the lowest notes had as much as 13 seconds of reverb, whereas the highest notes might only have 2 or so. Finally i checked the result, and edited three or four notes that i felt were just too ugly (badly tuned, or for some reason the software suddenly got hissy when the note became too quiet. Weird. ) i also slightly changed the pitch of a couple of notes that were slightly out of tune but otherwise ok. No doubt a better ear than mine could teak all of the notes. But as i said, it's an old piano and we're keeping it real. Finally, files were compressed to ogg at the highest quality setting, using soundkonverter. Why not flac?. I live in the countryside with very slow broadband, so i apologise for including more of the original files. But as it was, uploading this zip file took about an hour. Enjoy. Legal. I invited a lady friend over to netflix and chill. When we were about to sit down, i casually asked if i could change into something more comfortable, wearing jeans and really just wanting to fuck. I wear plush pajama pants like i don't give a fuck but she didn't know. I came out with these zebra-like striped plush shiny pants and at first she laughed. I asked if it was because of the plush pjs and she gave a weird smile and said yeah, it was a little weird. Old me would have been taken aback, but i knew that girls liked soft things. I figured what she thought was weird now was going to turn her on right quick. We started watching brooklyn 99 and i put my arm around her to cuddle. She put her hand on my chest.
